The English Single Cask Smokey Triple
The English Single cask invites you to savour the impact of wood on whisky. These whiskies are chosen by our master distillers because they showcase the unique characteristics that each type of cask imparts. A single cask bottle is a one off-piece of distiller's art, that once bottled, can never be replicated or repeated.
This whisky is Triple Distilled from heavily peated barley. The resulting whisky is delicate, fruity and light, with a background of gentle smoke.

Notes of rich marzipan and sweet vanilla with gentle smoke, developing into white chocolate, soft pears and a hint of sea salt
THE PALATE
Fragrant orchard fruits and rhubarb & custard sweets with notes of toffee, almonds, oak, melon and a subtle hint of clove
THE FINISH
A dry finish with gentle smoke
Non chill filtered. Natural colouring.
